Birding Group Visit to Tatton Park : 4th November 2014
Our visit to Tatton Park was a very pleasant morning but it has to be said it was a bit quiet, especially in the woods, though we did see Greater Spotted Woodpecker and Nuthatch and Treecreeper. On the water there was a good spread of species including Pochard and Wigeon in small numbers and the usual Tufted Ducks and Grebes. It was a lovely walk though and sometimes that just has to do.
